Performance and Progress Management
Management types, self-managed teams, TPM, visual management, management and steering systems, continuous progress tools
Our philosophyÂ
In working closely with operations, line management is a key element to guarantee sustainable operational results. Managers must be able to motivate their teams to:
- Enhance on-site practices and ensure effective implementation
- Focus their teams on their added value
- Secure the loyalty of team members and promote participation
To achieve these objectives, there are three main ingredients:
Our change levers
- Build structures that promote independence and performance (IPU, self-managed teams and shared support tasks)
- Clearly define and get team members committed to the objectives, mission and responsibilities at every level (ROP, RACI)
- Design and set up solid management systems : performance steering, management plan, service contracts, etc.
- Build consistent local management tools (TPM, visual management, problem resolution, progress plan and management type, etc.)
- Promote team work at the managerial level
Our methods of operation
 Our strengths
- Our ability to integrate the 3 drivers of performance for local management teams, through the use of validated and adapted methodological tools
- Specialised experts for each performance driver, who work in a complementary and consistent fashion
- Strong experience gained in the process of long term change of management cultures, including within complex social environments
